Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment please contact us 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. Cancellations beyond this point will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you can reschedule within the week of your cancelled appointment, or my next availability, you will not be charged for your cancellation. Upon continuous cancellations clients will be required to prepay for their service in order to book. While I do not require a card on file (for your own comfort) if you cancel your appointment past the 24 hour mark you will be required to pay 50% of your booked service at the time of cancellation. If you choose not to pay the cancellation fee you will not be allowed to book until i receive the 50% payment.
